It seems to me that Blizzard has no intention to make an official WCS website, which serves as a central platform for all information regarding WCS. The community has to pick up the slack.

Season 1 2013 WCS Groupings and Race Distribution
World Championship Series 2013 gets off to a turbulent start, and has now moved on to the next phase. WCS Korea has completed its Ro16 group nomination, while the other two regions have just getting started for their Ro32 matches. Although there are quite a number of controversies in regards to the final 32 players in America and Europe, the groupings are final and will not be changed. This post provides a summation of the list of players who got their names down in the world’s most prestigious Starcraft II tournament.

WCS 2013 Prize Comparison
The prize distribution for World Championship Series 2013 has been announced by Blizzard.
Clearly, the prize distribution for GSL Season 2 (WCS Korea) will be different from Season 1. The amount has decreased for the Korea league, albeit the overall prize has been increased to $1.6 million. This is because the prize pool has to be equally distributed among the three regions.

3 April 2013 marks an important date for Starcraft II, and perhaps only the release of Wings of Liberty is greater than this. A new integrated individual league format had been announced today in South Korea.
