As I had mentioned previously, I will do some guides for beginners. Scouting seems like a good topic as it has often been misunderstood. This post covers the basics, and does not go in details for match up specific scouting.

The metagame has been shifting slowly in all three match ups (sorry, this is Terrancraft. Terran only).

Flash played several TvP games in recent tournaments. He won PartinG in Proleague Grand Final, Dear, Classic, herO and Pigbaby in the IEM Toronto qualifier. He made some interesting minor changes on top of the standard TvP play.

Taeja’s gas first TvP aggression build is so successful and celebrated that the build has been well studied and countered by Protoss. Despite this, Taeja continues to mix this unique build in his games, but with a twist.
