This is the October 2019 entry of Metagame Build Orders.
All builds are taken from the ro16 of the Global Finals. The choices are rather limited.

@400 mineral – Command Centre
I either pick HeRoMaRinE’s standard TvP build or this. The former is a variation of the standard 3-1-1 with Widow Mine drop, so I chose this slightly more interesting build. It opens up with two Marine instead of a Reaper. It is understandable, because Protoss can use building to block the Reaper from scouting the base in most maps now. Of course, Reaper is still valuable in the early game for general scouting on the map.
The early Marines and Hellion are good against Adept, so you can choose to not build a Bunker. The four Hellions force Protoss to be defensive unless they already make multiple Stalkers (planning to pressure). This helps to conceal the Cloak Banshee follow up. The Hellions and Banshees have potential to do economic damage, but they can also be used for controlling the map. This sync well with the choice to put down the third Command Centre over two additional Barracks. Putting down the third Command Centre before the second and third Barracks is becoming common in TvP now, and this is partly due to the maps (difficult to do well with normal 3-1-1 push). This build can transition to either bio or mech.
Vs. Terran
14 – Supply Depot
15 – Refinery
16 – Barracks
17 – Refinery
@100% Barracks – Reaper, Orbital Command and Factory
20 – Supply Depot (pull 2-3 Scvs out of Refinery)
@100% Reaper – Reaper
@100% Factory – Hellion
@400 mineral – Command Centre (put the Scvs back in to saturate both geysers)
26 – Supply Depot
@100% Reaper – Reactor
@100% Hellion – Tech Lab
@150 mineral – Starport
@100% Tech Lab – Cyclone
@100% Reactor – 2x Marine (constant production)
@100% Starport – Medivac
@100% Cyclone – Siege Tank
@100 Medivac – Tech Lab, Refinery, and Supply Depot
@100% Tech Lab – Raven
This build is quite similar to the one I posted in the March MBO. Both have an early push with four Marines and a Siege Tank in a Medivac. The difference is this version gets a Cyclone before a Siege Tank.
I deduce that this maybe Maru’s reaction to opponent’s opening. Maru used a standard double Refinery Reaper expand opening. It is not a surprise that he only had two Reapers and one Hellion in the current metagame. On the other hand, TIME used a two Barracks Reaper opening. This opening is great against proxy two Barracks, which Maru uses often. But it delays tech, so Maru’s build is to attack with tech units in a window when TIME’s tech is at a disadvantage. This is related to the concept of offender versus defender in TvT mirror match.
The build transition to a standard TvT set up by getting Ravens and Siege Tanks.
Vs. Zerg
14 – Supply Depot
15 – Refinery
16 – Barracks
@100% Barracks – Reaper and Orbital Command
@400 mineral – Command Centre (@100% – Orbital Command)
@100 gas – Factory
@100% Reaper – Reactor
@75 mineral – Refinery
@100 mineral – Supply Depot
@100% Factory – Starport; swap Factory on Reactor for 2x Hellion; a Marine
@100% 2x Hellion – Swap Barracks on Reactor for 2x Marine
@100% Starport – Fusion Core; 2x Refinery; Tech Lab on Starport
41 – Supply Depot
Build Supply Depot accordingly hereafter
@100% Fusion Core – Battlecruiser (constant production; resume constant Marine production)
@150 mineral – Starport; Tech Lab on Factory; research Yamato Cannon
@100% Starport – Swap it on Factory’s Tech Lab for Battlecruiser
This is a double Starport Battlecruiser build. The older version uses the Barracks and Factory to wall off the natural, and there is no Reactor Hellion. This is too unorthodox that every Zerg knows what is coming. SpeCial made a pair of Hellion first before switching the Barracks on the Reactor. The Hellions do their usual stuff, and the Marines intend to deny Overlord scout. Hiding the second Starport is key, as the goal is to surprise Zerg with the abnormal number of Battlecruisers. The rest of the build is self-explanatory.
