This is not exactly ‘new news’. Two weeks ago, the partnership of Major League Gaming (MLG), Electronic Sports League (ESL) and Dreamhack (DH) was announced. It was well received by the community overall. There is a consensus that this will help eSports development and the Starcraft 2 community will benefit from it. However, there are always tradeoffs when something as big as this happens.

The much anticipated Terran episode of SC2 reporter is up! So I’m just going to link it here as a lazy way to update this blog, while I carry on to work my thesis.
Just when I want to take a break from work, Blizzard has failed me.
Patch 1.5.3 has brought much inconvenience to the Starcraft community.
Being on SEA server, I’ve access to the NA server without paying for another account. Recently, I moved to the NA server simply because there are more players there than SEA.
SlayerS was and still is led by The Emperor, BoxeR, himself. Along with other Terran players like MMA, Ryung, Ganzi and Taeja, SlayerS arguably had the strongest Terran line up in SC2. However, things have changed since early 2012.
