Vs. Protoss
The fact that Terran are moving back to the old school 1-1-1 with Viking shows there is no good timing build in the current metagame. The Stargate opening makes it hard for Terran to attack early on.

@100% Barracks – Reaper and Orbital Command
@400 mineral – Command Centre (@100% – Orbital Command)
@100 gas – Factory
@50 gas – Reactor
@75 mineral – Refinery
@100 mineral – Supply Depot
@100% Factory – Starport and Widow Mine
Constant Marine production and build Supply Depot accordingly hereafter
@100% Widow Mine – Widow Mine
@100% Starport – Viking
@300 mineral – 2x Barracks, then Tech Lab on Factory and Starport
You subsequently swap the Barracks onto the Tech Lab for a standard game. This essentially allows Protoss to the early third uncontested, and it is also hard to do much with the first push out when Stim is done.
Vs. Terran
The build order below is a defensive Reaper expand into a potential Tank push with Vikings. Read more about how it interacts with other builds in one of my earlier articles.

16 – Barracks
@100% Barracks – Reaper and Orbital Command
@400 mineral – Command Centre (@100% – Orbital Command)
@100 gas – Factory
@100% Reaper – Reactor (@100% – Marine production)
@75 mineral – Refinery
@100 mineral – Supply Depot
Constant Marine production and build Supply Depot accordingly hereafter
@100% Factory – Hellion, and Starport
@100% Hellion – Tech Lab
@100% Starport – Swap Starport onto Tech Lab for Raven, make another Tech Lab with Factory, and a third Refinery
@100% Tech Lab – Siege Tank
@100% Raven – Swap Starport onto Reactor for Vikings
Push out when you have three Tanks.
Vs. Zerg
The triple Barracks Reaper is the hottest build now. I have just posted about it this week, so you can just read that for more information. The build order below is the five Barracks variation.
14 – Supply Depot
16 – Barracks
16 – Refinery
17 – Barracks
@100% first Barracks – Reaper and Orbital Command
20 – Barracks
@100% second Barracks – Supply Depot
Continuous Reaper production.
21 – Refinery
@100% Supply Depot – Supply Depot
@400 mineral (mineral will pile up as you make only Scvs and Reapers) – Command Centre (@100% – Orbital Command)
Build Supply Depot accordingly hereafter.
@300 mineral – 2x Barracks
@150 mineral – 2x Refinery
@250 mineral – 2x Engineering Bay
@100% Engineering Bay – +1/+1 Infantry upgrade
